The care sector runs on dedication, compassion, and hard work. But too often, the systems meant to support care teams hold them back: paper forms, disconnected spreadsheets, and manual compliance tracking.
We saw care managers spending their weekends preparing for compliance inspections. We saw passionate carers duplicating notes across three legacy systems when they should have been holding a resident's hand.
XageCare was born from hundreds of conversations with care providers, listening to what they actually needed to survive the admin burden. The result is a simple, beautiful platform designed entirely around the real, organic workflows of residential and domiciliary care.
